FAQs

Below are answers to my clients’ frequently asked questions. If there is something I’ve missed, please don’t hesitate to ask. For more information, get in touch. I look forward to meeting you soon.

What should I expect from my first session?

Every massage session is designed for that clients' needs. One session may not give you the results you were looking for and multiple sessions may be needed in order to achieve those results, but together we will get there.

Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?

I believe every one can benefit from some form of massage therapy. While some illness' may contraindicate a rigorous massage, there is still massage available and depending on the individuals need the session will be adapted to them.

How should I prepare for my first treatment?

Stay hydrated, eat atleast an hour before your scheduled appointment, take a hot shower, dress comfortably, arrive 10-15 minutes in advance, communicate your needs, & relax during your massage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice, to ensure you will not be charged for the session.

How long does equine and canine sessions last?

Understandably, animals have their own timing, so sometimes our sessions are cut shorter than we like. Safety of myself and the animal is our top priority and sometimes body language from the animal is key to making that decision.  A typical equine session lasts 45mins-1hr. A typical canine session lasts 30-45mins.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, card, & venmo for payment.  We do have a $25 Returned Check Fee .

How soon do I need to schedule an appointment?

The schedule can fill up fast. To ensure you get a day locked in, we suggest you get in touch with us atleast a week in advance. For return appointments, we suggest you go ahead and schedule it at the end of your current session.
